In a world on the brink of war, Policeman Mike must use all of his skills and knowledge to safely evacuate the citizens of his circular country. As the neighboring nation prepares to attack, two border cities find themselves in the line of fire. With their defense forces stretched thin, Mike knows that the only hope for survival is to retreat to the capital at the center of the country. But with danger lurking at every turn, Mike must also find the shortest route to the capital, a task made all the more difficult by the need to cover equal distances for the two cities. The solution lies in a little-known theorem that states that the line drawn through the center of a circle to bisect a chord is perpendicular to it. Will he be able to determine the shortest route to the capital in time?
